Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Agilisio collects through this website, why, on what legal basis, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it plain and honest — no tracking happens before you consent.
Who we are
Agilisio (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed through agilisio.com and agilisio.se. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@agilisio.com.
What we collect and why
- Analytics data (only with your consent): when you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this to build advertising profiles of you.
- Contact data: if you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send (such as name, email, organisation and message) so we can reply and follow up.
- Strictly necessary data: a single small cookie remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. This is always active and requires no consent.
Legal basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies and the data they collect. You give it via the cookie banner and can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)) — for handling enquiries you send us.
Cookies we use
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
agx_consent | Necessary | Stores your cookie choice (granted / denied). | 1 year |
_ga, _ga_* | Analytics (Google) | Set by Google Analytics 4 only after you accept analytics. Distinguishes visitors and sessions. | Up to 2 years |
No analytics cookies are set until you accept. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — before consent, no analytics storage is written and no measurement is sent.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Ltd) as our processor. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Google’s additional safeguards.
Retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics (by default up to 14 months) and in aggregate reports thereafter. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, email hello@agilisio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Your choices
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or applicable law evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
